The issue of food waste and consumption habits is becoming increasingly relevant, and there is still a great deal of uncertainty in Latvian society regarding the impact of food consumption on the environment and social well-being. To promote sustainable thinking and help individuals become more responsible consumers, the environmental protection and education organization "Green Liberty", a partner of the LIFE Waste to Resources IP project, has developed a range of educational materials on food waste reduction.

Education as a Path to a More Sustainable Future

The organization "Green Liberty" aims to build a society that lives in harmony with the environment and understands the impact of its choices on the planet. It focuses particularly on the consequences of consumption habits and globalization, striving not only to inform but also to encourage people to actively participate in decision-making regarding environmental and sustainable development issues.
